While the food was exceptional, the service left a bit to be desired, hence the three-star rating. The waitstaff were friendly but a little slow at times, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, earning four stars for its cozy vibe that made for a great backdrop to dinner. The chips were cold when they arrived, but I received half of my meal cost back and got the drinks for free. The dessert was enjoyable; I had the Biscoff sundae. Overall, I had lunch that cost around £10–20 per person. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
