"We were in the town and decided to try the ice cream from here. There was a good choice of flavours. The place was quiet when we got there but there was a long line of people waiting just after we arrived. We had a chocolate ice cream, a mint choc chip ice cream and creme brulee ice cream in cones. They tasted quite good, not overly the best ice creams have had. The ice cream melted quite quickly so it got messy and the cone got soggy quickly and because there is a hole at the bottom of the cone the melting ice cream would drip out and get everywhere. The paper napkins that you can get from the dispenser on the ice cream counter weren't the best quality. Overall the ice cream was nice, the person serving seemed to be friendly. Location is good in the centre of the town."

Ice cream very good, not busy at the time we were there but staff are very slow and unfriendly, this is the second time this has happened

For us, the best ice cream in Hunstanton! Service could be a bit more friendly but when it’s take away ice cream who cares and we keep coming back.

Really enjoyed our icecreams there's an amazing choice of flavours and we tried jaffa cake, mint, white choc cherry and chocolate. All very much enjoyed! Ver carta

Really nice ice cream, not cheap but honestly a single scoop is more than enough, if you are visiting the town don't bother with anyone else go straight here!

Terrible service and orders when we question them refused to serve us. I think they need to teach the staff more customer service skills and not talking about nights out

Great ice cream, good variety of flavours and good portions too. Really enjoyed the Jaffa cake ice cream and lovely that it came with a waffle biscuit too. Dogs allowed inside and we were glad of somewhere cool to sit and enjoy our ice creams on a hot, sunny day. Ver carta

Went here for a nice cup of tea and view over the bay We were the only people in the cafe and had a long wait, whilst the tea was great the teaspoon and table were dirty. The girl who served us wasn't very helpful when I advised WiFi wasn't working, and wouldn't check it out. The toilet was two shops further down

Stopped briefly in Hunstanton and fancied an ice cream while sitting in the car overlooking the sea. We didn't get the friendliest of greetings but hey ho, we ordered the vanilla to take away. This has got to be the weirdest ice cream ever. The colour looked artificial, the taste was over sweet and, yes, artificial. But the weirdest thing was the texture gritty and unpleasant. £3.50 for a small tub and I so wished she hadn't over filled it!

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
