We had dinner here on our honeymoon. Beautiful view of the Portree harbor, wonderful staff, and delicious food.

Comida deliciosa y buena relación calidad-precio. El servicio también fue excelente. No es el espacio más ambiental ya que estaba en el área del bar en la parte superior de las escaleras en un rincón oscuro, pero aparte de eso, una cena encantadora.

No hay ambiente, comida cara y decepcionante. Estilo sobre sustancia y me alegré de salir. No es una buena experiencia gastronómica Porciones pequeñas, así que no vayas aquí si tienes hambre, ya que te dirigirás a una bolsa de patatas fritas de camino a casa.

We went here for dinner. I think from the outside it doesn 't look very appealing but inside I really liked it, it 's cosy. The view from the Restaurant is really nice, that 's certainly something special in Portree. Food was fresh but still quite average and definitely expensive. The service was good, but not overly friendly. (I heard the waitress gossiping about other guests which from my POV is a no go .

Restaurant review The restaurant is lovely, nice selection of seasonal food and plenty of options in terms of drinks. The main bartender greeted us and apologised as he was the only one working tonight as the other waiter had phoned in sick. Honestly, couldn't tell the difference he was superb and had such a cheery attitude it made the evening just that much better. Would definitely come back for the food and the service.

Disfrutamos la comida: comí tacos de coliflor y mi esposo comió el pollo. La tabla de quesos era una buena selección de quesos escoceses: asesinato azul, Arran con semillas de mostaza, Clara Brie y un queso ahumado. Pedimos más pasteles de avena y esto no fue un problema. Lo que lo decepcionó fue la decoración, ya que la habitación es una habitación beige bastante aburrida con poco ambiente en la parte superior de las escaleras. El personal fue encantador

Our favorite stay in the UK by far! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with phenomenal views. It was a perfect stay in the centre of Portree during our visit to Isle of Skye. Above all else, I cannot rave more about the service from the team at the Rosedale. Pieter and Dawn went above and beyond our expectations in the care they provided during our stay. From taking special care of our little one, having a high chair ready to go for us at breakfast, lovely conversations to keeping the bar section's lights on later so that I would get some work done, we were so well looked after. Without a doubt, we will be back!

It's not a bad hotel, but it could use vast improvements. I stayed one night. Long review ahead... Staff Service: Accommodating and lovely. They deserve five stars, but the hotel itself does not. Location: Right along the water. Great views (from the restaurant). Food: The breakfast was overcooked. Not good when I needed a steak knife to cut my eggs and hash-brown. Hotel: A very trusting hotel. No outside doors are locked overnight, so anyone could wander in. I assume there are no homeless drunks in Portree because where I'm from, there would homeless sleeping in the hallways. Room: Stayed in the Partial View room, and is overpriced. Unless you enjoy the view of parked cars, noise, an outdat...
