I absolutely love this pub and frequently stop by for lunch or a drink while exploring the nearby countryside. The cheese is always excellent. Price range per person is £10–20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Plate.

Nice cool garden on hit day, good food and beer. Obvious staff shortage meant long wait for food, one hour. Seems to be a problem most places at moment. So 4 star in spite of this.
