The lunch menu features a 6oz steak, delicious salmon, gammon, and more, accompanied by either chunky chips and salad or mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Prices are very reasonable at £9.50, with a selection of starters for just £2 and desserts for only £3, if there’s room left. The tribute beer was well-kept, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and perfectly cooked. I believe the negative reviews from before were related to the previous management, but this place is truly fantastic."

This is a fantastic pub with friendly staff and incredible food (the legendary Sunday roast)! It even features a 30-foot deep focal point in the bar.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is very friendly! The filet steak is absolutely incredible—it's the best I've ever tasted! I'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend this place!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. When we sat down, we were informed that the menu was limited, which is why it was provided on a couple of scrap pieces of paper. I ordered a half pint of lemonade with lime but received a full pint instead. I wanted the gammon listed on the paper but was told it wasn’t available. I then opted for the fish and chips, but the batter on the fish was excessively oily. The chips were overcooked, greasy, and hard. Overall, it was a hugely disappointing experience. I advise you to steer clear!
