I go in the sovereigns every now and again when I'm in Woking and it never lets me down. The staff are all lovely, the food is excellent and there's just the right kind of pub vibe that makes it one of my favourite places to visit.

my man and I love the sovereign and eat there weekly. usually on a Sunday. eating is always excellent and we love the relaxing atmosphere and the personal. the owners chris and lucy are so friendly and helpful. we recommend the sovereigns.

my own and my family moved to woking recently and live locally to the sovereigns. every visit we are greeted by the employees and the management means a lot. all staff are always friendly and the beer is always the highest standard. keep them the good work chris and luce.

In my opinion this is the best pub in Woking. Sam Hannah plus Shaun, Gemma, Laura and Lauren are all excellent. Service is quick and efficient, the pub is always spotlessly clean and there is a welcoming atmosphere whenever you visit. When it's warm and sunny the beer garden is an added attraction.
