"Just had an excellent Sunday lunch here with family. The roasts are very good but if that's not your thing the specials were perfect. I had salt and pepper squid with chilli sauce and for my main halibut which were both amazing. The wine was excellent; 2 very good roses and a very good choice of real ales. Very good value for money, parking and garden for the summer... What more could, you ask for!? We will definitely be back for more"

This restaurant is a regular for us which says it all. The food, service, and atmosphere are all lovely. The price per person is around £20-30. We give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5. We highly recommend trying the Fish and Chips and the Beef and Stilton Pie.

eating was absolutely delicious, all very fresh. the staff was also very nice and relaxed. Nice cosy and traditional pub restaurant, food was really nice and the staff were friendly, lovely atmosphere with log burner and also a decent outside seating area thats also covered, on street parking is easy enough too, would definitely re-visit again.
