Delicious, we slowly got small plates, everything was prepared with such care! The staff was friendly, polite and fast when it is fully booked, you can still try to get a table outside: you do not reserve it.

Can’t fault the food or staff. Excellent in both areas Very dog friendly. Small car park. Often booked solid, so worth making a reservation if you want to sit inside. Otherwise, outside is first-come-first-served. It’s worth the effort, one of the best Palmer Brewery sites.

A jewel of a place. A cozy village pub with a refined and modern menu. Our seafood spaghetti and fillet steak were nicely cooked and well combined. Delicious bread and spreads, beautiful wine, interesting pages and common dishes, all served by friendly and helpful people. Great value. Very recommended.

Late lunch yesterday, arrived without booking and although busy they squeezed us In. (Two people and a dog) Staff were really friendly and welcoming, food was faultless, fresh and well prepared and presented. A good selection of local ales and cider. Definitely worth going but would recommend booking in advance as seems to be very busy all times of the day.
