"I'll start with the positives. The interaction I had on Facebook to book a table, and then change the booking, was very positive. The two young waitresses who served us were great. The pub is shabby with rubbish and cigarette butts scattered outside the door...and a smell of smoke in the doorway. The décor is tired and tatty, and the bench seat in the restaurant area has a big split in it. The floor of the restaurant had bits of food and other rubbish on it. The salt and pepper and vinegar bottle didn't look like they'd been cleaned for a few days. The food was uninspiring, and mostly overcooked. The Yorkshire puddings were burnt black and were mostly inedible (when we commented on this, the waitress said she was too scared of the chef to say anything to him). The roast potatoes were hard and tough. The vegetables (not enough for 6 of us from one dish) were not great and the cauliflower cheese was the most uninspiring I've had for a long time. The lamb was OK, but that's all I can say about it. The whole menu (apart from a goat's cheese salad) was dull and unimaginative, even allowing for the fact that for Sunday lunch on Mother's Day most people want roasts. We didn't bother staying to have desserts. I thought from the TripAdvisor reviews that we were going to a gastropub, or a pub with a super restaurant. It was like having a meal in a pub 30 years ago, which is fine if that's what you want. It was a dreadful experience and not at all the way we wanted to celebrate my son's birthday and Mother's Day. We will not go back again."

"After exploring all the cafes in the village of Bingham, my partner and I were amazed by the menu displayed on the cafe window here. With Greek inspired breakfasts and lunches, we knew we had found something special. The chef and waitress went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan requirements, which I was extremely impressed by. The portion sizes for the omelette and gyroks were generous and offered great value for money. We also enjoyed delicious smoothies and 200degree coffee with no complaints. We believe we have discovered our new favorite local cafe. Thank you to the staff at the cafe for a wonderful dining experience! - Rob Liss"

"I have visited the atrium multiple times since their opening, and each time I have encountered unfriendly staff and subpar customer service. Despite giving them several chances, I have consistently been met with further disappointing incidents. I have decided not to return to this venue and will instead frequent neighboring eateries and coffee shops that I believe offer better customer service. On one occasion, I was refused service for a coffee at 3pm because the restaurant was closing for a band to set up, even though there were still diners in the restaurant. The staff have often been rude and unhelpful, lacking basic customer service skills. I have had to wait a long time to receive my bill and experience difficulty when trying to pay and leave. In another instance, I was overcharged on my bill and made to feel as though I was lying when I brought it up. Despite the quality of the food and drinks being good, the poor customer service consistently detracts from the experience."

"We attended as part of a family celebration for 50 people on Sunday.The bar ran out of soft drinks which was grossly understaffed , 30 minute queues and produced atrocious buffet food. Please avoid this pub. : it’s not centred on your experience. You are just cash, to be exploited and served when they choose. DO NOT HAVE FOOD HERE. We left and went to Sainsbury’s which was far better even eaten in the car. I hope the owner gives the host a refund for the food. If they don’t , it’s testament to a cash first pub."

"While we have visited Venezia for years as a favorite for Italian food, we have recently said that it was the best secret in New Orleans for a great steak especially on Wednesday night. We tried and were impressed. The restaurant had an updated facility that was comfortable and family-friendly. The steaks were excellent, just as cooked as we demanded and served sizzling on the plate. We ordered a Caesar salad that was enough to share with all four of us, and the steak came with elections from sides that were all excellent. An item that was surprising was the absence of a baked potato, but we didn't miss it. So the verdict was indeed a welcome surprise, excellent steak in a New Orleans restaurant that is not known for the steak... that is until locals like I share this experience with family, friends and visitors. Look at Venezia, new friends looking for a steak are on the way."
