"I loved this place. I have never met such a friendly lady who served us, but all the staff were friendly and even the chefscame to chat us and we felt really coveted. I had made the home steak pie, partner is gluten-free and had a lot of choice compared to any other place we went to. the chips were especially nice. great feedback from all meals. the only reason I dropped a star was not a lock on the toilet door and the light smoke and smell of cook in the kitchen made my headache worse, but they explained that they had undergone some work and it was in the process, so I am sure that this was solved in no time. many thanks for a nice dinner. we come back and order safely."

The owners are wonderfully friendly and approachable. Very happy to have found this little gem. Food was amazing. Dogs are very welcome. We will be back!

We chose this cafe as it said it was dog friendly and it was. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the food was good value for money. My little pug was offered a treat too.

Fantastic little cafe, friendly staff and great range of gluten free options. My son was delighted with his gf pancakes, bacon and maple syrup and my home made gf butternut squash and leek soup was exceptional!!! Highly recommend it :

Really friendly helpful staff, great food and very dog friendly. Daughter had vegan breakfast and was very impressed, I had non vegan and the bacon was lovely! Diablo the dog also enjoyed some of the bacon! Nicest breakfast in Bridlington.

we had heard good things on our local facebook vegan group. we forgot our sarnies on our day, so we used the opportunity to review it. good food and friendly service. had a good chat with the owner who is really pleased to get a good vegan customer base.

What a gem! I had a vegan Shepherds pie which was delicious! Had a full vegan menu. Had choice of soya or almond milk. Fully knowledgable about allergens/cross contamination. Dog friendly usually have treats too. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Brid! I need to try that vegan breakfast!!

Lovely little cafe. Very friendly, great food. Serves food with gluten free etc in mind so caters for all sorts. Vegan food cooked with proper protocol. Any food issues just ask they are very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too, so we were all very happy. We can't officially give 5 points due to the website rules.

Great little find. A good selection of vegan food that was well presented. I had the pie and mash which was delicious the mash especially good. There was a very fresh salad served with this too. For pudding I had the fruit crumble with vegan ice cream which was excellent. And some great espresso to finish. I understand Wishcat will have an evening bistro offering soon look at their Facebook page for updates [hidden link]

We stopped here with omni friends as one requires gluten free food, and Wishcat offers both vegan and gluten free options. My partner had a vegan breakfast and I had the vegan shepherds pie, as well as a vegan milkshake with whipped cream which was a great touch. The meals were freshly cooked and delicious, the chef even coming out to joke about having to cook for three different dietary requirements on ones order (he had to do a normal breakfast, a gluten free breakfast, and a vegan breakfast in one go). The cafe itself is very cute and quirky and the staff very kind and accommodating.
