"after the arrival at the time we were shown to a table. we then joined a queen of about 20 other people waiting to get thier food. after about 15 minutes visited a person d and went on to cuddle out, he meat. when I came to the sweetheart inventively, there weren't kartoffels, spit, runner beans. they finally came. then all sauces were empty. again they had to ask that they be fulfilled. When I came to our table, my food was cold. all for £43.00 for 3 persons, with the floor in front of the food counter was covered with food as it was not cleaned. the general condition of the spatialities was untidy and dirty. we will not return."

Love this place only time I enjoy a roast and the staff are awesome there is no rushing you to eat and drink quickly to move out staff are there to help not to rush you out x

We had a lovely meal on Easter Sunday but I wish there was a better selection of vegetables...it always seem to be the same. I would absolutely love sprouts and parsnips for a change

The service was outstanding, as always. However, I was quite disappointed with the portion size; there were only two small pieces of meat, and I had to add sweet items to make it a decent lunch. As a meat lover, I prefer larger portions of meat. Ver carta

Service was excellent waitress Beth was extremely helpful cheerful and professional. The only downside was we had to wait for gravy and by the time we sat down to eat the food had gone a bit cold mum likes her food piping hot. Everything else was perfect

Serving area was messy , food not replenished without a wait sometimes quite a while. Meat had nearly run out, asked for lamb which was very near the bone, I'm sorry to say it was ineadable. Really disappointed I love my toby normally. They must know how many bookings they have so they can make sure there is enough .

Booked a birthday table for 5 no pork was out and was told that pork would be out at 6!! Then within 20 mins of complaining about this.they brought pork over to the table by this point the party had all eaten their food. Beef was chewy as well veg was cold never going here again Don't let people book tables if no meat is available!!. Ver carta

I recently visited a restaurant that advertised a fixed menu for £10.99, which seemed like a great deal. However, I was very disappointed with the experience. The starters were lackluster, and the carvery was served cold. I expected much better from a place like this, especially considering the price. Overall, it was not a satisfying visit.

The service left a lot to be desired. They asked if everything was okay but didn't stick around for my answer. I had to wait 20 minutes for fresh meat to be served after it ran out. I also waited for the gravy because the pots were empty, and the meat portions were quite disappointing. Looking at my plate with gammon and turkey, the gammon was overly salty. I won’t be returning.
