Had a lunch at Vida and their new lunch menu is very good. Reasonably priced and good variety. We could not fault the service either. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us, so we will certainly be back again.

Had a take away through Shocal app last night.. yummy as always.. calamari so fresh and gnocchi scrumptious!! Didn’t try the wife’s food but she said was delish too. Delivered on time also and driver was respectful toward distancing etc

Alanya has been rebranded as Piano Bar and restaurant and according to the website is under the same management. Based on my most recent visit after the change, and the amount of people I now see in here when I walk past, it was a good decision to rebrand. Service was friendly as always. They've changed the decor and it's even nicer than it was before, and it was already pretty good. Most of the food was good however I found the bruschetta very salty and the starters that came with bread didn't have a lot of it. Apart from those small things we all really enjoyed ourselves and would come back again. Ver carta

We went for the Early Diner offer. As we sat down we were told we could only pay cash. We were told where there was a cash point but it was raining heavily. My friend put her coat back on and got the cash out. As we tried to order we said we wanted 2 courses; main and dessert. We were told we could only have a dessert with the 3 course offer. We said we only wanted ice cream. Again we were told no. We asked to speak to the manager who said the deal doesn’t work the way we wanted, we would have to have 3 courses for a dessert. Please avoid, I forgot my mask after rushing out of the house leaving two tearful toddlers and walked into Vida to be treated with such discontent from the maitre d. She gesticulated with her finger at me and was tutting loudly which made the other guests turnaround and even the chefs in the kitchen scowled at me. I was frog marched by three members of staff to my table and told in no uncertain words to use my friends mask if I dare get up from the table, I was left shaking and embarrassed.If the staff had one ounce of customer service training they would have quietly offered a fresh mask which I would have happily of put on. My husband rang to book early bird only to be told that the only time available is 4.30pm as Vida was fully booked. Not a problem, so came at 4.30pm only to find out that the restaurant is empty, there are only 4 other tables occupied and that's it! Probably, they were fully booked or did not want to serve more as there was only one lady, in black/white top, quite big build there trying to serve those 4 tables.By the time our drinks and next table were taken, it took at least 20 min, as both of us took 2 for £10 offer on cocktails.
