What The Pitta - Carta

I am addicted to What The Pitta. They are just too good. The Croydon staff are all amazing. Can't fault them.

Had a vegan donner kebab, chips and drink, all really tasty, not bad value and good options not found in many places! will be back next week!

Really enjoyed this, different vegan style food, will definitely return to try more options. Quite pricey compared to a non-vegan kebab but that is to be expected in box park I think!

I’ve had many a gyros in Greece (pre vegan) and this matches up to those and some! The flavours in the wraps are incredible and each element is done to perfection. Took me back to holidays in the sunshine.

amazing food, had the vegan doner kebab with chips it had colorful veg and meat-like pieces, not sure what she, but it was great. they were very helpful and knowledgeable when they were asked for allergies. one of the best meal I had, even my carnivore dad enjoyed it. updated by the previous review on 2022-06-25 Ver carta

this is my second visit in a what the pitta and I went for the same meal as last time – doner gyros with Chick’n nuggets. the gyros meat was amazing again, but as last time I found it a bit of salat heavy, I would have preferred more of an equal weight of the fillings, but it was still very delicious. the nuggets of the chick were also hot delicious!

Semi pop up, craft beer bar. They have an amazing selection of beers, ales, lager. Some pumped, some gravity. The staff a very knowledgeable and will provide plenty of tasters to find the right pint for your taste. It is bloomin expensive (often £6.50 a pint!! especially for Croydon, which is certainly not central London. Not withstanding that you get a great selection of real beer, a spit and sawdust ambience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

we got some food delivered to our hotel as we were staying overnight nearby but sadly the food took a while to get there and the order was wrong but we were so hungry we ate it, it wasn't well wrapped/presented and falling apart and difficult to eat and i ordered a falafel specifically but had bits of the soya meat in it too which i didn't want, and there was no mixed kebab on the menu we contacted them and they refunded us however i wouldn't return here Ver carta
