Unfortunately, the man behind the bar was rather rude to us when we sat in front of the fire and made us feel that we wouldn't visit again.

My friends and I stopped by this pub for drinks on Saturday night and we were all impressed by how lovely it was. The decor was nice and cozy, and we especially enjoyed the candlelight. The owners were friendly and we agreed that we would definitely come back to try the food. Overall, an excellent place.

Lovely friendly pub, with fantastic decor and incredible service! Warm, funny and welcoming hosts. Dog friendly, with beautiful views from the beer garden at the front. We were treated to the most incredible sunset during our most recent visit. The menu is very tasty, but sadly a bit limited. The bar boasts a wonderfully cosy log burner, which is an absolute delight in cold winter evenings. Decent selection of drinks, including my favourite lily's cider. Highly recommended!

Nice atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff (edit after response : No, apparently they are hateful). We were told they had a reduced menu due to stopping food sales soon. Whilst they tried to give us what we wanted, one meal was very basic but ok, the other was partly inedible due to fatty, unappetising chicken. Overall: nice place, forget the food. Thanks for your response, I guess I was wrong, and apparently the staff or owner are hateful and should not run a customer facing business, let alone serve food. I hope your business fails and you learn how to be respectful. Ver carta
