Additionally, the cutlery was dirty on the first table we were seated at. I mentioned this to Chloe, the host, and she was very helpful and made our visit feel welcoming. Thanks to Chloe's hospitality, we will definitely be returning to this restaurant again."

Wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff are courteous and the manager is excellent. The food is incredibly delicious and hard to resist.

Service was fantastic from both the manager on the shift (3rd December evening) and the staff. Food was hot and quickly delivered. Shame about the clientele at the time as they were rude and uncaring towards the staff

2 out of the 3 times here, and my order was missing items that had been paid for. The manager is quite quick to rectify it, but it will be better to reduce errors. My advice is to check your receipt to ensure nothing is missed out before leaving the restaurant.

I can't believe this restaurant has a 4.4 rating, it's ridiculous! The food we received was absolutely terrible. It was disgusting, to say the least. On top of that, they refused to give us a refund or take the food back. I will never be returning to Nandos again.

Extremely pleased with my experience. Food was good but the customer service was extraordinary. We where served by Arek who is probably way over qualified to be working here as he provided us with the best service I’ve ever received. I’m astounded and will be returning.
