"Review: Le Palazzio Restaurant in Dijon I recently visited Dijon for a business meeting and, upon my colleagues' recommendation, ended up dining at Le Palazzio in the city center. Although it wasn't our first choice, it turned out to be a great decision. The restaurant was quite busy during lunch, which unfortunately resulted in a considerable wait time for our server to take our orders. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which somewhat made up for the initial delay. As for the food, my meal was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, my colleagues didn't have the same positive experience with their dishes, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, despite some hiccups, Le Palazzio offers a pleasant dining atmosphere with attentive service. I would recommend it, especially for its standout dishes."
