"Mandy, the co-owner of Stamp, is an exceptional baker who creates incredible Afternoon Teas that are worth traveling for. Stamp is a small post office/café with just 6 tables, so reservations are necessary, especially if you are in the Ashover Parish area. Afternoon tea services had paused during lockdowns but are now starting up again by reservation only. Be sure to bring a Tupperware container to take home any leftovers! The venue can accommodate up to 8 friends and allows you to bring your own alcohol for special occasions. Each table is allotted 90 minutes from the time of booking, so punctuality is important due to high demand. The menu includes a selection of finger sandwiches, mini rolls, wraps, quiche, lemon posit, variety of cakes, fruit and cheese scones with jam, clotted cream, and fresh strawberries. Guests have the choice of a pot of tea or a cup of coffee. The price has remained under £20 since opening, but there may be changes due to inflation. Stamp also serves drinks, breakfast, and lunch for locals and walkers and is dog-friendly. Additionally, you can purchase cakes, newspapers, milk, and sweets to go. Stamp is truly the heart of this lovely community."
