"Although the aesthetics look good I can't say the same for the service and food. Told my order at the bar hadn't gone through when it had then they agreed it had otherwise I would have paid them twice The meal we booked had the finest starters. My main was beef stroganoff which had 99 per cent mushrooms in it. I returned the dish then waited what felt like an age and then got served what looked and tasted like bisto gravy with a few strips of what tasted just like liver. I gave up left it and ordered a dessert as I was hungry. Then as it was getting late bar staff started spraying disinfectant next to me in the bartop whilst other staff milled around with mop buckets. Ordered a cookie and vanilla ice cream sandwich. Waitress came out with double chocolate cookie and chocolate ice cream which I didnt order an d don't like them waltzed off . In fact they all did. We were up there totally on our own where you are supposed to pay at your table . After waiting a bit we went downstairs and tried to pay at the other bar where I complained. They gave me 50 per cent off my stroganoff and apologised. Then mix up with my payment again . Eventually got out of there. It ruined our evening which was meant to be a celebration and feel let down by The Hunloke."

5 star place. The pub is like in a fairytale, unbelievably beautiful, food is yummy and staff nice. One of my favourite places. Cocktails are gorgeous!

Very nice place, nice staff, and excellent food. My only observation is tat if you like traditional British food (Pies etc), you 'd be better looking elsewhere.

Been many times and recommended to others. This time sat on the balcony, no table service outside, really filthy floor with cigarette butts and old food, dirty table not cleaned when we sat down, poor customer service. Had to ask twice for napkins and glasses and plates left on table. Did not feel like a special occasion. Food is great but service is worse than Weatherspoons. Might not be back anymore.

Food when it was corrected was very good. Two of us had to send it back as it wasn't warm. Service was ok but a bit slow. Not a problem if you don't mind waiting around. They did take off the meals that were tepid but only after billing us for the ones taken back and the ones we ate. Bit more attention to detail would have been an easy 5 star review. It all got sorted eventually but only after we chased them.

Arrival greeting was friendly and sat to our table quickly. Food was amazing. One of our starters was forgotten and by the time it had come, the rest of us had eaten ours. We did have to send a couple of main dishes back as they came out to us tepid, asked for fresh meal, took a while but when they came out it was a fresh meal and no reheated. They took these two off our bill but had added them on twice so unless ee had checked we would have still paid for them!!! A bit cheeky to be fair. That said, food was delicious, service was ok not exceptional. Not 100% I would go back sadly due to the many errors but if you don't mind being messed about then its ok.
