Rooms: Cured and elegant room while being modest. The shower is spacious but the wc corner remains small and uncomfortable compared to the size of the room and the bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.The staff were wonderful and so very accommodating and the space was clean, bright and comfortable.We came to Bard quite late and stopped off at the hotel for a drink. We were touring in our camper van but found the staff so helpful that we asked if they had rooms for us to stay. They sorted us (and our dog) a room at short notice, even provided dog food and a bottle of bubbles for us to enjoy on our lovely balcony.Highly recommend.

My daughter and I spent a few days in the structure buying a New Year's package, I thought it was a simple structure and a holiday like many instead I was surprised by elegance, professionalism, sympathy and helpfulness of the staff. Not only that, the cleaning of the room was excellent, not to mention the excellent food and abundant breakfast, all in a scenario that sees the hotel located in the rock at the foot of the main street of the village that leads to the fort of Bard. Thank you so much to all the staff and love you put on us, you see!

Mi sono fermato qui l'otto settembre del 2021, ultimo giorno di vacanza, per pranzo un molto tardi... Ho consumato degli ottimi bocconcini di cervo in umido al vino rosso con polenta (taragna se non ricordo male... Mi ricordo che prima di scegliere la portata la cameriera mi avevo chiamato lo chef perchè non era in grado d rispondermi su una questione riguardo un taglio di carne presente in menù che non conoscevo: bestiale sta cosa. Mi sono trovato bene. Ricordo che il prezzo era leggermente alto, come caratteristica peculiare de la Vallee tra l'altro....

We stayed two nights in this location set in the beautiful medieval village of Bard and a stone's throw from the homonymous Fort. A beautiful and warm room overlooking the Dora. Two excellent dinners at the hotel restaurant that surprised us for the quality and presentation of the dishes. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The property also has a small and cosy spa. Among the services available also different types of massages. Everything described would be secondary without the applause to the professionalism and kindness of all the staff of the structure that accompanied us throughout the duration of the stay. Congratulations. We'll definitely come back if the opportunity comes back.

Unfortunately, my stay has gone very badly in this structure which has mainly demonstrated a total inability to manage the deficiencies and legitimate requests from the customer. A deep maleducation and negligence led its employees to a very serious verbal aggression with threats following the request for room change, due to the failure of the forced aspiration in a blind bathroom (obligatory by law. Once carried out (with great effort the change the new room was delivered dirty, with hair of previous guests in the shower dish!
