At first I was a little confused, but then everything went well, the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was amazing!!! The only regret is not staying at this hotel hahaha I'm incredibly in love, Alain Ducasse has my heart!

The service in the restaurant from Mr Cheng was the best service I've ever had. Hygienic and followed every rule in the service handbook, ie never reach over the patron, never reach over the shoulder of the customer from behind. Simply excellent.

The signature dish was amazing and the fruit and vegetable and dessert courses were great, but the fish and lamb courses missed the mark. They both attempted to be mild and sophisticated, but there was nothing particularly inspired about the attempt. The signature dish was truly, truly fantastic though.

if that was a 1 star, I would have given a much better assessment. but for 3 stars? No, I went in the night before to claude bossi at bibidum, which has two stars, and bossi was better in every sight. three stars should be perfect in every sight. the wonder of the service, eating and ambiente. was just not there. I leave a complete review on my website so I am not here. but michael has to go back. I am sure the stars are stripped
