We had a stunning meal here with some surprises served, lovely helpful staff and nice calm atmosphere. Vegan and vegetarian options. The chef even came out to check how our food was. Not cheap but a real treat.

We were taken to this delightful restaurant by our hosts at a meeting. The cooking respects the basic formula of a bistro while offering dishes entirely original in their conception and execution. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming.

Small portions which isn’t unusual for a French bistro, but great quality, however, the quality of food did not match the atmosphere. Feels like you stepped into a cheap café, was expecting a bit more elegance. Service was so which also isn’t unusual, but everyone...who was French clearly took precedence. Food is great but if you’re looking for a nice date night restaurant with a nice atmosphere this wouldn’t be my first pick. Ver carta

Went with friends who know the restaurant. Easy to order, wait staff ready to explain food, did not push us to decide and order, timely service, professional. Small restaurant where reservations were important, no one waiting however. I tasted others' dishes in addition to my...own, and was pleased with all the food. Interesting mixture of foods. Other friends from the Auvergne region of the country knew of the chef and how good the food is. Definitely worth returning. Wine also very nice.

My friend and I did the tasting menu, which was absolutely superb. The chef even changed a couple of things for my friend who had several food issues. Fortunately I don’t so had exactly what chef had in mind and made. Each course was fantastic....Service by all staff was excellent. Excellent suggestion for accompanying wine too. Chef came by our table to say hello. Every dish fresh, inventive, delicious and perfectly executed. I will definitely will come back to Anicia the next time I am in Paris. Just a top of the line experience. Really A Plus in all respects. Every item was an “item” a unique and special example of why people come to Paris to experience wonderful food. You just cannot get this stuff in Atlanta or Boston or Berlin....The tastes and the servings were unique and memorable. You could get better rib eye in Kansas City, or better pasta in Rome, but you could not get better lamb confit in heaven. The resto is small, and has the feel of a start up. The staff is young, and very motivated. They know that they have a winner, and we will be back next week to enjoy their quality before the rest of Paris discovers them.

You won’t be impressed by the decor (casual, laid back), but you will be blown away by the food. Very creative modern French, beautiful presentations, and plentiful portions with a few add ons thrown in. We felt terrible about a couple that came in, spent...45 minutes looking at the menu, and then left because it wasn’t the classical French menu they were looking for. Stupid, ignorant people. The table sat empty all evening, and I’m sure this small restaurant hopes to fill every table. It wasn’t what they were looking for, but it was exactly what we were looking for. This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel. We decided to try it for dinner because the menu had vegetarian and seafood choices and was just a couple of blocks walking distance from where we were staying. We are so glad we did....The ambiance was cozy but the service and the food were excellent. My wife speaks French, but my son and I are hopeless at it, however, the staff made every effort to speak English and, even providing us details on how the dishes were made, especially the delicious amuse-bouche which was beautifully presented as a little plant pot.
