Ellie was exceptional - she served us all evening and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was attentive, personable, and provided great recommendations throughout our meal.

We visited yesterday for Sunday lunch. My beef was perfect and my wife's chicken looked great! A lovely cosy atmosphere on a cold day! We will be back! Special mention to our waitress Ellie who was spot on. Thank you.

My husband and I decided to dine at Aqua Portishead to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary. The service and food were outstanding from beginning to end. Ellie provided excellent table service and was very friendly. The staff, from the reception to the bar, were attentive and well-coordinated. We had a fantastic evening and highly recommend Aqua Portishead.

I met a friend for lunch at Aqua today. We ordered fried squid which was listed on the menu as a small plate and was £8.50. The server said it was a starter but we could have a larger portion as a light lunch if we liked. When it came it covered half of a medium sized plate and was accompanied by just a bit of garlic mayonnaise. I could not believe it when we got the bill £39.93!!! All we had to drink was tap water and one tonic water. Unfortunately I didn 't take a picture and didn 't have time to dispute the bill. Will not be going back though a complete rip off.

Our experience at the restaurant tonight was disappointing due to the poor quality of the food. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a shortage of items due to a busy lunch service and a missed delivery on New Year's Day. It would have been helpful to know this when making our reservation so we could have planned accordingly. Despite being provided with a list of unavailable items, we ordered what was still available. However, it became apparent that not all issues were disclosed to us, as the dishes we received did not match their descriptions on the menu. The focaccia was not as described, the Bruschetta lacked its usual ingredients, and the burger buns were of lower quality than... Ver carta
