"Managed to get a table on a very busy night and was happy we did, menu was typical Provence no surprises but back to basics, I started with Escargot in a tomato stew which was different but excellent, for main I had a Bull steak medium rare and again it was a wonderful piece of meat well cooked and spot on. I did notice another tripadvisor's comment on the wine selection and the push of a different wine to the house, I went with it and found it improved in the glass but also got the impression that the waiter thought I didn't have a clue about any wine and gave me a story about the vineyard that I knew was rubbish but I didn't persue it, maybe just a little French arrogance."

We chose this restaurant for its setting, location and map. fresh products and the region, an excellent magret and very good wine to accompany everything! Very good restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

The kitchen is good: we have taken two meat dishes (Lamb and Bull) very well cooked, obviously characterized by the presence of thyme. most places are outside and when the mistral blows, it's not really the best to eat out.

despite an attractive map and a beautiful terrace an address to avoid: a lot of waiting, cold dishes a barely polished service and a disconcerting friendliness for traders. despite the reduction of 10€ to be avoided. in any case, given the number of customers refused they obviously do not need more. thyme brin is a small restaurant held by very young but efficient staff. Quick and nice in the service. We ate an excellent local charcuterie tray, Provencal snails, a very good bull steak. I'm honest. the price 20 euros piece is absolutely in line with the place I recommend for the value/price ratio.

I went to this place to have dinner with a friend. We had 2 main dishes and 2 desserts. everything is very good: tasteful but not heavy! excellent bull steak, and also lamb. desserts are good too. friendly staff and quick service single flat: the wind whipping during dinner, because the tables are outside. For the rest to try! advice: reserve!

"This restaurant is part of a hotel in a very impressive 16th century building. It looks very classy. However, the night we were there, there must have been some serious problems in the kitchen (or maybe it is always like that . We started with a shared plate of charcuterie which took a long time to arrive – how long does it take to arrange the cold meats on a plate? We then waited a very, very long time for our main courses. While waiting, we saw a dispute at another table involving the maître d’ and resulting in plates going back to the kitchen. We had both ordered duck à l’orange which came with Camargue rice. The rice appeared to have been baked in the oven and was so crisp and dry that it resembled a cereal bar. The ‘orange’ was not the usual sauce, but instead was four cubes of orange that appeared to have been scorched on a grill. They added nothing to the dish. It had been suggested that we should share a side of seasonal vegetables. These turned out to be big chunks of boiled potatoes (with rice! , a boiled root vegetable and a couple of dry artichokes. We had interchanges with two servers and the maître d – all were cold and brusque. We lived in France for more than 20 years and appreciate the fact that the French like to take their time with meals, but there is a big difference between leisurely and glacially slow. Perhaps we were there on a bad night, others seem to have had a better experience."
