This is a family owned restaurant with excellent local specialities according to season, such as asparagus, butcher items, Martin's goose, fresh chanterelles, game dishes. The cuisine is genuine and unpretentious. In summer you can dine outside. It's pretty close to the Swiss border.

We spend a very nice evening at this typical Southern Germany Restaurant. It's very nicely located on a hill in a very rural part of the Markgraeflerland. The view is spectacular and the white Asparagus with a filet steak was excellent. This place is certainly...a great place to spend a Nice evening in the country side.

I was in Baselblick with my friends for dinner. As other reviewers write, the view from this restaurant is wonderful and they offer very tasty meal with good price. And this restaurant has something more than food and the view. The staff people are so...nice and helpful. One of us had a disability and caused a big trouble.
