great service, great beer and good food. that's all they need! my first visit and it will certainly not be my last. I'm back!

Went with hubby and 3 young kids and couldn't have asked for more attentive service. Food was lovely and guy was so helpful and friendly.

Wow. This is an amazing tap room. We had a mixture of delicious beers and beer snacks The food we tried was absolutely delicious. Service was definitely over and above.

Great selection of beers, friendly staff, ample seating. Much better than the visit to brewdog which followed. This place was far more comfortable and the beer was better!

we went as to the door it shows a picture of a pint of innis and weapons warehouse when I can really remember £3.75 but when ordering the pint was about £7. or less I can not remember exactly. the same pint in. the Kaly picture house two or three doors down much cheaper. if they want a pint of innis and waffe, then not here they go to the caly picture house instead.

Nice pub for a pint and some food at mid-day for us. They have the Innis Gunn The Original Scottish Golden Beer that is aged in a whiskey cask...takes on the light notes of the cask while remaining a light refreshing beer. The Innis.. Gunn lager is available fresh from a brewery cask. Several food choices, including Buffalo Cauliflower...which was awesome! Drop in and get a pint!

just because I had seen the publication of a new limited beer, we booked a table with friends for eating and drinking. eating was absolutely fantastic, we loved it. fresh and hot, and I ruined my diet in style. would definitely go back....Caribbean around cask bier. very dangerous. I could just drink that all night, just a shame that she had not yet had the laphraig cask beer, but I ordered online

Stumbled across the tap room between a pre-drink cocktail and our dinner reservation. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering a couple of tries of the vast number of beers they had on tap. Settled on a rum cask beer (delicious) while the other half...was very happy with a cocktail. Only thing that dulled this visit was the lack of table space, but the staff were happy for us to stay at the bar and enjoy our drinks. Noting this was a Thursday around 8pm, I imagine it is a very popular location so would recommend booking if you want a seat. Otherwise, a great find that I would recommend!

The service was terrible, the female server said I don't know in a rude and condescending tone when asked if the app wasn't working, as we had ordered and paid on app, and had been waiting 20 minutes without receiving our order. Staff claimed...they don't know when they get an order through the app. We didn't have time for drinks in the end, as we had a meal booked elsewjere. I have not yet received a refund for the order I didn't receive. Really a shame, as every other venue in Edinburgh was fab. Staff members involved should be held accountable and given training to improve customer service skills. Wouldn't advise anyone to use the app, as you will most likely not get what you order.
