"we visited the market restaurant for the first time and tried to eat here every later visit. we were not always successful because we were not sufficiently reserved in advance. I have reserved for our lunch today, and it would seem that lunch is a little easier to get a reservation. when we entered into us, we spent our entire walk in our apartment and talked about every single court we had in our four-course lunch. everyone was spectacular. the chef combines ingredients, aromas, textures and even article temperatures in a way that I had rarely experienced. my wife and I live in the san francisco bay area, and there are several restaurants that are listed michelin, and some that have stars. none of our local places are these innovative when it comes to bringing together courts. during our current visit, we decided again for the four-course lunch. the small starter who came before these four curses was remarkably tasty and playful in his presentation. it was another example for the clever use of contrasting textures and aromen in the construction of aligned. from the four curses that followed, the cortex tars was our favorite, and a beautiful representation of what I say. I had bark tars in many restaurants and in several countries. I never had one that was as vague as the one in the market restaurant. Sometimes you hear a combination, say for example ahi tartare and shaved white chocolate, and you could say that this would never work, but you would be wrong. this court I had in paris was an eye opener. the tartaric acid on the market has a similar character. the bark was in a “cloth” based on buttermilk, and the mild killing of buttermilk was irritable with the bark. it had a senfeis upstairs! how could that work? we loved it. there was a crispy mustard crumb. on the side of the bark were small amounts of liquid lemon cured. there were so many things that went before themselves in a court, and if there are so many things, you fear that they will not intercept. that was not the case here. I thought it was just brilliant. we also enjoyed our other courses very much. everyone had similar clever and delicious elements. we had a wonderful lunch. I will say if they are on a budget and travel with the family, this cannot be the best for them. I don't eat like that every day. if they are looking for an extravagant, exquisite meal that will be the culinary highlight of their visit, then they will go to the market restaurant. my wife and I often eat out, and among the highly valued restaurants closer to home is a michelin three-star restaurant that we dine. if I would compare market restaurant with this restaurant, I would rather only have a meal in the market restaurant than ten meals in the three-star restaurant, and that would be true if they were all paid by someone. the service is professional, but unpretentious, attentive, but not intrusive. the courts are innovate, but work. it's just a great culinary experience. next time we visit the middle of the forest, we will be sure to visit the restaurant again. our meals were simply amazing. I hope they can try the restaurant and enjoy it as much as we do. it's a bit pampered, but I don't know a place in the san francisco bay area I'm excited about."
