"A mixed experience, the meat is very good and charcuterie plate also and the correct wine even if it is a shame that no Bordeaux wines are offered. For the rest some dishes and wines present on the map are not available, it is always good to know before to avoid being dumb when ordering. our wine bottle is served already open and simply placed on the table without service. . When we ask for bread we bring a miche in each hand to put them in the basket of bread. .We ate next to the fridge or there mixed desserts, a mustard pot, various cheeses started, camembert heart of lion... so we won't take dessert it makes no desire and soils could have been properly cleaned. The fries are too fat and not tasted enough. The staff is nevertheless friendly but more than 70 euros per head (without dessert) one would have enjoyed a superior overall experience."

"Nous sommes venu manger samedi soir. Nous avons attendu un moment avant que l'on nous propose les cartes et que l'on prenne nos commandes. De plus, d'autres personnes arrivés après nous on été servi avant nous. Tant mieux pour eux! Nous avons attendu 1h pour manger. Service déplorable, mais où est l'organisation ???... Plats bon mais sans plus.. Je ne reviendrai plus. Service: Dine in"

"A nice decor, a welcoming and very pleasant shopping staff, after regular meals from the opening I can guarantee that the whole card is to advise, the products are fresh and carefully chosen, we can eat "Healthy" or enjoy themselves with real burgers and homemade desserts. "There was a time a few years back when L’Emulsion was not my favourite restaurant. At that time there was far too much ‘espuma’ foam for my liking even though this was kind of self evident from the name. All that changed last night when we had a splendid four course meal at €56 per person accompanied by an excellent Condrieu which I noticed had barely a two fold mark up on the standard retail price. The novelty value of the food is there, for example, in the entrée the juxtaposition between foie gras, green vegetable bed and cardamom sauce was surprising; The veal and accompaniment worked together splendidly and everything was cooked to a T; The deliciously concentrated flavours of chocolate and coffee in the desert or in the case of my wife’s desert the mix of aromatic citrus extracts, were all the demonstration that this restaurant has not had its last word in terms of inventiveness, imagination and simply great cuisine. Yes there’s a little work to be done in terms of their service and the visual impression of the end game but hey, it’s just got the one Macaron for now. It’s amazing just how much progress they’ve made over the last years. I’m pretty sure L’Emulsion can get a second one. Just for the record, as I noticed that in some previous comments customers were apparently told off for being 10 minutes late, we too were 10 minutes late but nobody mentioned it except ourselves. We’ll definitely be going back."
