"Waited over half an hour for food and drinks to arrive (approx 20 other customers so not at all busy and other customers complaining about very slow service). Cup of tea arrived, dirty cup (see photos), no milk or teaspoon. Food arrived, decent fries but bread stale (see photos). Had to request serviettes. Cutlery on table dirty. Asked 3 times about Meerkat deal as was a Wednesday, told manager would check on placing order. Poor lone waiter having to deal with customer concerns about service, Manager Josh was nowhere in sight and did not answer when waiter tried to contact him. Would NOT recommend"

Had a lovely meal but it was tarnished by a woman with blonde and brunette hair, she was very rude and abrasive with us, it ruined our experience.

go to the bar to order drinks! the challenge 25 is effective at the door. beautiful location at the river. would recommend to get a bullet rod. also the 2 for 1 offers are amazing!

made like an industrial loft apartment with comfortable sofas and chairs with environmental music, not too loud, I am today 59, where the three free recordings came, the personal was excellent. highly recommended

booked with 2 friends for groundless brunch on a Sunday afternoon with lunchtime. £25 for 1 hour 30min. was a beautiful sunny day so sat outside. great atmosphere, delicious food and great service. when they got prosecco, it was extremely fast, but when they ordered cocktails, they waited a little longer for a drink to be expected. we decided to stay with the prosecutor, so we have more for our money.
