"I decided to stop here during the return leg of my Christmas bike ride from Brough to Driffield. As a cyclist I love nothing more than a nice coffee and a light bite to help me refuel on a 62 mile ride, (in winter no less) so I was more than happy to see that this cafe has bike storage and a friendly atmosphere to make you feel at home whilst kitted up. The range of food is what you would expect from a cafe, but the portions are nicely sized and the coffee is decent. The staff are also friendly and even gave me some napkins and water to help me wipe the dirt off my bike. There is also plenty of cycling decor for you to gaze at and even a TV downstairs to watch your favourite cyclocross or grand tour races. The only thing I would suggest is having a cloth and some bike cleaner on hand to let people clean their bikes with whilst their waiting for their food to digest if it's a damp day outside. All in all a great place to check your Strava and the carbs they sold me certainly got me back to Brough! Will definatly be coming back next time I'm cycling in the area."

"I brought my non-vegetarian parents to this restaurant for lunch. The staff were lovely and took care of all of us very well. They had new menus, but the vegan options were not available yet. However, they were willing to make anything vegan for me. I ordered the paella, which was already vegetarian and vegan. My mom ate more than she has in a while, so it was a hit with her! It's a great place to come with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I will definitely be back on my next visit. The only downside was that my parents had a hard time hearing due to the background music and acoustics."

"This restaurants quality is consistent but so is the menu slightly disappointingly, the. Deserts have not changed for about a year. Our only other criticism was that there were no vegetables with some of the main courses and then were when we ordered broccoli found was already on some of the dishes so a bit of disappointing to be misled. Obviously with food prices, they have cut the cloth accordingly and just little things like butter with bread are missing now. Having said that the staff are lovely and the food quality excellent it has not put us off going again.."

"Came here for tea with a few friends in between Christmas and new years. Would recommend booking in advance as it can get a little busy. The food was lovely and we were not rushed at all. I have a nut and sesame seed allergy and the waiter who took our order was very knowledgable and checked with the chef that my meal would be okay for me to have. There's a car park just outside which is free after 6pm but fairly cheap the rest of the day. Overall would highly recommend and will visit again."
