Very friendly and actively encourage dogs with a doggie feeding station. Relaxed and comfortable . Looking forward to the kitchen opening.

The Crown's bar has reopened and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and there were great memorabilia on display. The restaurant will be reopening soon.

Gorgeous pub decorated exceptionally. What a find down a little back street back from the Quay. Staff lovely stayed in the guildhall chambers next to them which was Gorgeous definitely returning Ver carta

This was our local pub during our visit to Poole, The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and we called in several times for a drink before and after meals. Lydia was really helpful when we needed to know about restaurants, taxis etc.

I stopped by for a quick drink over the weekend. The pub has a lovely decor, is cozy and inviting. The staff member who served us was very friendly and accommodating. They even offered sweets to the kids and treats for dogs. It's definitely worth a visit.

We have been waiting for The Crown to open since the summer when we could see refurbishments where taking place. Called in last week and not only does it look great outside but inside it is fabulous. Welcoming, comfortable and fascinating decor. We can't wait for the restaurant to open later on. We shall definitely be regulars once the coffee machine arrives! Ver carta

We recently held a small reception at the Crown Hotel after our wedding at the Guildhall in Poole. The hotel is conveniently located less than a two minute walk from the Guildhall. The newly refurbished bar is very comfortable and of high quality. The Crown provided a buffet for us, arranged the champagne, and served our cake. The buffet exceeded our expectations, with high quality food that impressed everyone. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Thank you for your excellent service.

We’re there last Friday for a small celebration with family and friends and chose the buffet menu for 15 people. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and reserved us a small area of the downstairs. Having undergone a recent refurbishment and new owners and management The Crown is well worth a visit. The decor, ambience are all excellent and the staff couldn’t have done any more. The food was spot on, delicious and good value for money. If local or visiting Poole I would highly recommend visiting for a stay, a drink and something to eat. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and evening.

Fabulous Hotel competitively priced. This newly renovated hotel is a fabulous venue. The hotel rooms are beautiful (Though the beds could be bigger) Centrally located for everything. The rates are great value , no inhouse chef so breakfasts unavailable but when kitchens up and running Im sure the rates will increase. No parking but they kindly found us a space . We have stayed in the next door venue the Chambers which is also a great find (alot more as self contained flats) Biscuits and coffee tea in room. The bar is lovely and their sister venue next door is The Guildhall which is a fish restaurant. You get 10% discount but the prices are ridiculous and out of reach to the average customer... Ver carta
