Cyprium Grill - Carta

We were staying in the hotel and opted to eat in the restaurant on the first night. The meal was so good that we ate there again on the second night.

Good atmosphere in here on raceday. Excellent service and well stocked. We only had drinks in the bar but the meals that came out for others looked lovely.

Stayed at the Marriott after spending the day at the races. It is a fairly limited menu but enough of a selection and the food was great along with the service. Ver carta

When this hotel was designed they decided to put the smallest bar ever in, and put it right opposite the front reception revolving doors!! Great idea when it’s cold, wet and snowing!

The service at this restaurant is always top-notch. The bar manager, Konrad, is exceptionally polite and his staff are well-trained. It's a great spot for grabbing a drink and enjoying some decent food.

The bar is tiny. We had drinks there before dinner, but the restaurant staff won 't come to you with menus, and they won 't let you order in the bar. Come through to the restaurant when you are ready to order. Ver carta

We must have caught them on a bad night. Got our order wrong when the wrong dish arrived the manager tried to blame us before double checking with the waitress who took our order, then we could hear the manager grumbling about us to other staff. We were offered free drinks that then appeared on the bill. The steaks we were served were more gristle than meat, one meal came out 10 minutes before the other and everything was over priced. Really disappointed.

I was surprised at limited menu choice for dinner for large hotel chain. I didn’t like any of the starters or deserts and I am not a fussy eater. I ended up with a burger as that was the only thing I liked on the menu, it was very nice but I was expecting something a bit better for my evening meal. My husband had lamb which was Ok but not fantastic either. For some reason all the steaks had an additional £10 supplement don’t know why as they were only simple 8oz steaks not huge T bones or Wagu beef.

We stayed at this restaurant for two nights and decided to dine here the first night due to our exhaustion from traveling. The staff were friendly and checked in on us regularly. My husband ordered steak, which was cooked perfectly to his preference without any issues. However, I did find the presentation of his dish lacking, as it was served with chips on the side in a traditional manner. I opted for the chicken roulade, which was nicely presented. My main complaint was the overpriced bottle of Marlborough wine, which wasn't chilled enough. I had to request an ice bucket instead of the narrow cooler provided, but the general manager graciously accommodated my request. The waitress mentioned... Ver carta
