A wanting and not being able to. We ordered two starters: ceviche and foie. The ceviche was super strong. The foie was rich. Next we ordered beef rib. The meat was very cooked, it had nothing special. With how well you eat in Cantabria, it's a shame to go to this restaurant that costs €50 per person. A different experience combining the Cantabrian with Mexican touches. Friendly and good service. We let ourselves be advised and it was a success. Totally recommended Without a doubt, a perfect restaurant for a special occasion. Everything we've tried was spectacular from the appetizer, starters and main. Restaurant with very good value for money and spectacular views. Two people paid €53 per head for: a portion of croquettes (delicious), a plate of grilled foie with 3 good pieces, the marrow, some ribs served Pekin-style (spectacular, they fell apart) and a cheesecake. The attention of the waiters was great and the atmosphere is calm. Last week we were in a Michelin star and we really left Emma happier.
