"I had the pleasure to spend two days in this hotel with my companion as a gift from her. we have already met some wellness oasis, but the golden barrel has put everything in the shade and makes its name all honors. starting with a friendly reception, a warmth, tasteful and with much love, also to the detailed, furnished house and of course also room, up to the absolute wellness factor with own sauna, a whirlpool and the cozy bed, the small terrace are not recommended to forget about the restaurant. the service was perfect and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. many thanks to all those who with so much attention to us become a real highlight for two days in such a fantastic ambiente and leave nothing to be desired. we come back and recommend them. friendly, astrid hoffmann and jörg born"

We had a group meal for 13 people and all enjoyed everything. Presentation was excellent, eating plentiful and very tasty, table service very well with drinks at sharp prices. What else do you want? We enjoyed it to the point where we came out the boss for a deserved round applause. Ver carta

in the evening we were able to eat outside in the sheltered courtyard. menu is not huge, but good and above all regional. service was inexpressible, but always present and very friendly. I could at least see the inside area running through. very tasteful and cozy. also the sanitary facilities clean and well maintained.

We stayed in the guest house attached to this restaurant immediately after Christmas 2011. We visited the restaurant three times and on each occasion were very impressed with the choice, the service and most importantly the food. The trout was particularly good. Prices are reasonable,...although not cheap reflecting the quality of the food. A great experience and easy to recommend.
