I have had a few times eat here and that was always tasty and cheap, there is a great selection of drinks including cocktail pitchers (see 'purple rain' in the picture. I think the pub is in the process of bringing DJ nights to 80s, 90s and 00s music. that is something that is lacking at present and will be brilliant for the natives at the weekend! all in all I would highly recommend to give this beautiful pub a visit, they will not be disappointed:"

A lovely old English pub, great friendly staff and locals, we met the chef who friendly and very helpful with our steaks which were fabulous, will definitely be back

lee could not be enough for us after a few mistakes with our food order and was a complete gentleman and personally sorted it yourself. was good to meet them over the anniversary weekend and chat with them. thanks for the hospitality lee, it was very appreciated.

the personal is absolutely amazing! each of them made us all feel welcome even the 5 children. the Sunday dinner was amazing and the chicken wings are supposed to die, because will definitely come back before we go. they really need to try here when they are on vacation and not no we are going, this is the place

we have got the chance to get lunch on Sunday for 6 of us, all were very accommodating and pressed us. we have some food needs with our children, and everything was very thorough and put our thoughts on lightness, even to the heavy, which can be a problem in many other institutions. could not do enough for us, and also very tasty. thanks!
