"Purchased the Valentines day menu for £70 and wasn't impressed. Was given the incorrect order, however this was completely sorted after a phone call to the pub everyone makes mistakes so this was fine. However after receiving the food I wasn't impressed with the standard for the price, my steak was burnt, the salmon noodles was just a pile of pretty plain noodles with a salmon fillet on top. The salad and pudding were OK but not worth the money spent. Called the pub yesterday and was told we would get a call back from a manager (we are still waiting for this)"

As an Aussie who was in Caerleon in July and Sept 2020, I miss the Goldcroft, its staff, and a few of the locals. Tis a cosy pub with a great outdoor area and food. Cheers folks!
