First night in Lucern! What an awesome location and the food was very good. The pretzel sandwiches were fresh and good. I had the sausage with potato salad . Yum I would go back.

Wer gerne in schöner Umgebung (tolles altes Haus, schöner Garten, durch alte Mauer vom Verkehrslärm verschont) isst oder Kaffee trinkt, ist hier sicher am richtigen Ort. Eine Oase in der Stadt Luzern.

This place deserve your search. Food is very good and the service is awesome. Try to get a table in the patio (for summer) birds singing, nice ambiance, fresh good food. Place is close to Luzern Banhoff but far enough from all the restaurants tourist traps.Enjoy! Ver carta

We were looking for something just out of the way. Away from the crowds!! Well we found it! The food was to die for and the service was exceptional.. We got there before service and enjoyed a quiet wine in the garden surroundings. The food was perfect with some lovely twists in the presentation and also the taste.. Two thumbs up for this place.

This quaint restaurant with an open kitchen is amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive and strive to make sure you have what you need. The breakfast buffet is enough to fill you up for the day! But the dinner is so delicious you need to be hungry because the portions are large. The courtyard seating is lovely, too. I highly recommend this gem.

My wife and I dined here tonight. We had reservations and I don't know if that was the difference but we had a table next to a window and also the very open kitchen. I had the salmon entree and my wife the ravioli. Both were excellent as was the service. An added benefit was that we were able to watch the meals being prepared. spontan entschieden wir uns für ein Abendessen im Hofgarten: Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!Sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente und ein äußerst zuvorkommender und kompetenter und engagierter Kellner österreichischer Nationalität, welcher sich die größte Mühe gibt und dem nichts zuviel ist: Die Speisen und der Wein waren hervorragend: die Salate marktfrisch und speziell zubereitet, die anderen Speisen klar, authentisch und ohne Firlefanz, so wie wir es mögen.Dieses Kleinod in Luzern kann ich nur empfehlen.

Zu viert waren wir zu Gast im schönen und einladen Garten. Bestellt wurden Suppen und Salate zur Vorspeise. Das war in Ordnung. Weiter gäbe es zwei Tartar welches am Tisch zubereitet wurde und auch gut schmeckte. Weiter Jungrind vom Uelihof Geschnetzeltes mit Hausgemachten Nudeln. Das Rindfleisch war zu lange in der Pfanne. Es war "Zäh" Es machte keinen Spass dies zu essen. Ich meldete das der Serviceangestellte. Diese sagte: Es tut mit leid und für Sie war es erledigt. Reklamation müssen aus meiner Sicht anders behandelt werden. Weiter gab es ein Lammracke mit "latschigen" Gnocchi. Kaffee und Dessert bestellten wir daher nicht mehr. This is the most satisfying restaurant on my trip to Switzerland!! I tried the breakfast at the hotel, and felt something special about the fried eggs, so I made a reservation for lunch that day. There is a daily/seasonal menu and prices are similar to other restaurants in Switzerland. Today's menu was about 24 francs for the main dish. The staff are really friendly and the outdoor seating atmosphere is great. Today's menu was only in German, so he explained everything and took a family photo first. You can check the menu by going to the restaurant's website, so it would be nice to see it in advance. I ordered lamb, sea bass, tuna tataki, mango avocado salad, gazpacho, and dessert. The sauce...
