Food was terrible. Staff say we we're the 1st to order on the day. Our grandsons meal seemed as if it had been microwaved. Tideswell village is a good location there are other options in the village. Service: 2 Location: 5

a group of four of us enjoyed a beautiful meal in jockey. the steak pipe was very tasty, and the right chips were just like my mother used to. my friends enjoyed their bark burger and smetterling huhn, clean teller round. good selection at desserts too.

Stopped in for lunch mid-week whilst exploring locally on a mid-week break. Lovely old pub with quite a varied menu and a specials board, which we ordered from. Food was freshly made and tasty. Lovely friendly hotel on good location. Staff were really helpful and accommodating at last minute short notice change we had to make and made what could have been something stressful really easy. The breakfast was plentiful, the accommodation clean and comfortable. Didn’t have evening meal there but menu looked good and if anything like the breakfast would have been perfectly done.
