Delicious fresh locally resourced food, excellent service , friendly staff grest atmosphere .

Food was great but a bit expensive, we were squeezed in having not booked in advance so grateful for that , staff very nice.

Brilliant atmosphere and a warm welcome. The food was superb, especially enjoyed the Seabass. Would definitely recommend visiting here.

This was probably one of the best meals we’ve had in Scotland. Innovative and exciting menu, brilliantly executed and everything we had was amazing. Excellent wine list and draft beers. Service was fabulous and there was a lovely atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly what a find!

Hugely impressive range and quality of food on offer there are plenty of much larger towns in Scotland without anything as carefully curated as this. Head chef was kind enough to take time out of a busy lunch service to talk through allergens directly, and even pop back out later to check we were enjoying our meal, which is always a nice touch. Obviously a talented team who care about what they're putting out.

Tucked away in the sleepy Black Isle coastal village of Fortrose IV10 is an unexpected pleasure. Small from the outside it’s deceptively large and once you open the door it’s a feast for the eyes, nose and mouth. So many amazing dishes and they truly tantalise the tastebuds. Most locally sourced, all fresh and seasonal. The service was brilliant the team obviously passionate and took time to explain, chat and make you feel so welcomed. There was food for every palate and every dish was both generous, flavourful and beautifully presented. I cannot recommend IV10 highly enough, go visit. It’s sublime! Oh and they even have a deli. What’s not to love.

I love this cafe! It has the perfect atmosphere for whatever you're looking for. At family evening meals, the pizzas have been fan favourites highlights, though I love sharing a bunch of the thoughtful, local smaller dishes even more! The range of options is excellent, and it's clear the owners care about their dishes, and staying authentic to the ingredients that the local area has to offer through the seasons. I would highly recommend any of their handcrafted hot drinks: the vanilla lattes I tried were smooth and perfectly sweet; the hot chocolate was bittersweet and comforting; in midwinter, their hot apple juice and rum mix is just perfectly warming.
