"Arles meetings are also the opportunity to test the restaurant offer on arles, and it is therefore the galoubet we chose this year. The frame first: very nice with its tonic in a very quiet street. The map: very good value price with 2 options menu at 29 or 33 depending on whether you will take 2 or 3 dishes. From the good bistronomic cuisine with for us:- egg mollet with a small tuna salad for me and magret for my wife, the two exquisite with a "sugar-salted" sauce to lick the apricot and almond base with sorbet very well as. A map of the wines a little just: little possibilities in 1/2 bottle or wine in glass.But, and that's what justifies my 4 out of 5, a service that would gain to be a little more .. coming and smiling. Go girls a little effort!This being said, really a very nice address that I recommend to you, and that we will revisit with pleasure."

"very good restaurant to discover without hesitation to Arles. the menu is concise and the dishes we chose were very well. reception is hot and super professional. The fun mouth was excellent as the rest. it is enough to have a little the palace warned and opened because the choice is limited but that is what makes it its quality and bias taken by the leader there is nothing to say about it! the only small criticism I authorize is the absence of a dish said a little more classic or simpler for people who do not eat meat or do not abstain from expanding the clientele or satisfying an entire family as we came when we came (my 17-year-old daughter had to be content with an entrance and dessert for example) but we all had a very good evening in this restaurant."

"It's a story of friends first and it's kind of like getting into their home, a room with wooden tables and at the end of the kitchen, like home, like home. a simple formula with grilled hairy bread tarts with all kinds of (good) things; salmon, cantal, brandade, crayfish. and in addition, in the formula of the noon, a gaspacho or a succulent salad of mesclun, all with a small glass of rosé wine to accompany the meal. What more? dessert? Yes, it's possible, and in particular a mellow cheesecake melting in the mouth. then, live the counter kitchen, live friendship, live freedom (this is precisely the street of freedom, the well appointed, close to the forum, without noise, without the crowd, without deliveries, without the cohue of the tourists, brief, without pretention, without chechis, without esbrouflage, without scam, 100% relaxing.)"

"This restaurant is part of a hotel in a very impressive 16th century building. It looks very classy. However, the night we were there, there must have been some serious problems in the kitchen (or maybe it is always like that . We started with a shared plate of charcuterie which took a long time to arrive – how long does it take to arrange the cold meats on a plate? We then waited a very, very long time for our main courses. While waiting, we saw a dispute at another table involving the maître d’ and resulting in plates going back to the kitchen. We had both ordered duck à l’orange which came with Camargue rice. The rice appeared to have been baked in the oven and was so crisp and dry that it resembled a cereal bar. The ‘orange’ was not the usual sauce, but instead was four cubes of orange that appeared to have been scorched on a grill. They added nothing to the dish. It had been suggested that we should share a side of seasonal vegetables. These turned out to be big chunks of boiled potatoes (with rice! , a boiled root vegetable and a couple of dry artichokes. We had interchanges with two servers and the maître d – all were cold and brusque. We lived in France for more than 20 years and appreciate the fact that the French like to take their time with meals, but there is a big difference between leisurely and glacially slow. Perhaps we were there on a bad night, others seem to have had a better experience."

"Great resto, We arrived around 8:30 without resa, all the tables for 2 were busy, we prepared a thank you table. We took terrine and hung to the queen, it was super good In hot dish we had taken: veal blanquette and for me a scallop, that it was my surprise not to have had a fries instead of the frog apples a feast and it was a big surprise for me even though I didn't have a fries :p On dessert 2 very good chocolate melted with whipped and an English cream. Restaurant Ambiance Very warm I love a lot Perfect Service, not too long, very polite Perfect meal"
