Lucca - Menú

Order a pizza from here and it was not cooked all the way though. The middle of it was very doughy and the outside was hard. Bottom was burnt. Staff was not very helpful. Pricey for what we got. Not worth the money.

Had a lovely evening with my daughter at Lucca, we both had pizza, was crispy and tasty, the restaurant was very busy the staff were top notch didn't rush us and looked after us well. Sophie and Scott were lovely. Thanks team Lucca

A hidden gem, worth driving out of town. An independent restaurant with very friendly staff. All staff were aware of our dietary requirements and the food was delicious. Especially the bread/pizza base which is made from scratch. Plenty of vegan options! Will definitely return

only searched travel advisor for a place to eat near the sea or river and a walk. here for work. I really tied myself either a country pub or italian and found this place. wow o wow, if they like italian, then try them. this place the Aranchini star was simply incredible and the pizza was delicious. love it and will come back

excellent pizza. that enjoyed it very much. service was really good. absolutely no complaining or a slight negatiw. I wish I had a starter when eating was hot, fast and the service was attentive as it was a busy Saturday midday. we sat at the top where it felt more airy and more airy than at the bottom. would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

this restaurant is a cannon for the Italian cuisine. the manager and the owner are extremely rude and they can only hear how people scream in the kitchen. I order a few linguini frutti di mare and have a tasteless pasta suppe. my wife pizza was. the place only works because it was properly managed earlier, but now it has no reason to exist anymore. do not recommend and never again.

I Ordered two meatball Pomodoro for takeaway. It was when ordered and had a quick collection at but both portions were cold, the meatballs were hard. One of the meals had no sauce at all, i might as well of cooked dry...spaghetti at home! I love Italian food and I’ve had great food in the restaurant before but whether it was laziness or the end of shift, It was shown in the standard of the food. Very disappointed.

A member of my family told us that the food on their last visit wasn't too good, but we decided to try today. A starter of prawn and calamari was partly inedible, the beans were undercooked and the calamari rubbery. A main course of mussels...had a tasteless sauce and another main course of prawn gamblers had a watery sauce. I don't know what has happened to this restaurant as in the past it was always good food and good value. Either more training or a change of chef is needed. Currently would not go back.

We went for a relaxing early evening dinner was was blown away by the friendly staff and amazing food. The garlic bread was fresh, the Mussels flavoursome and aplenty, the Calzone de Mere was just a feast of pure seafood, beware it’s huge!! The staff...are very attentive and friendly and the kitchen is on full display. We live a few miles away and this was our first visit, it certainly won’t be our last. It came highly recommended by a colleague who’s daughter is one of the chefs, well done Alexia and all the other staff
