Terrible service from staff, rude and unhelpful. Food was average nothing to write home about. Won’t be back in a hurry.

Family of 18 Adults for special Sunday Lunch! The food was amazing! Large portions and piping hot! Good service, good value and very attentive Staff! As a large family, we have had a few special occasions at The Foresters Arms, the food and service never disappoints.

Stumbled across the foresters arms at the beginning of the year and we are fast becoming regulars. Food is lovely, the foresters burger is absolutely amazing! Good value for money. The staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. They make you feel part of a family making you feel right at home.

My wife and I decided to go out for a meal instead of cooking at home, and we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious food served to us hot and quickly. We enjoyed a couple of beers and a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price. We are looking forward to the return of their roast dinners for the winter season.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting my engagement party at Foresters Arms and I have nothing but praise for this venue. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The decor is beautiful, so minimal additional decorations were needed. I highly recommend this venue - we had around 80 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone.

So attractive from outside with the hanging baskets and a large car park behind. My husband had the Chilli con carne and I had Scampi both dishes were beautifully presented, hot and very tasty. The dessert special was Caramel Cheesecake with cream unbelievably good. Greeted with a warm and friendly smile and made to feel very welcome. Definitely superior pub food and we'll be back!

I am a regular customer who goes to this restaurant for dinner on Friday evenings. I always find the food to be very good, especially the pies which I highly recommend. The service is also good. I also sometimes visit during the week for a couple of drinks since it is easily within walking distance. The venue is great because there are three different areas, so even if the bar is busy, you can still enjoy your meal in the restaurant area or a separate bar area. It is often busy but not uncomfortably so. I am happy with the selection of lagers as well, and would highly recommend them. - Mike Emma.

I hired out the room at the back of the pub for my partners 50th birthday. Firstly the communication was brilliant, I asked quite a few questions over the last few months and they were answered politely and quickly. On the day we got there about 3pm to decorate and sort the buffet food out. The room itself already has really pretty fairy lights on the ceiling which was great! The surprise party went really well and all of the staff were amazing! A credit to the pub. They were all lovely, helpful, really friendly and worked super hard the whole night. We booked this pub for a family and friends lunch to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. There were 25 of us, ranging from toddler to “senior” (and a puppy)! We’d been at this pub for a Christmas party many years ago and more recently for Sunday lunch. We were given the menu in advance and had a choice of 3 starters, main courses and desserts. They provided table service and everything was served in good time. I had Bang bang chicken to start, followed by chicken curry and apple crumble with custard. All of the food was excellent.
