Excellent food. Lovely ambiance with fantastic friendly service. Highly reccommend. Definately eat there again.

Fabulous food, minestrone soup and the most delicious garlic bread to stay and then my favourite main course, chicken diavola, delicious!

I ordered the various dishes of the appetizers, which was part of a good value for money. everything so regrettable and a good service. I enjoyed it very much. will be back soon.

the best Italian in cardiff, warm and welcoming staff. I had meatballs and Italian cheesecakes. the meatballs were delicious and a generous part. the cheesecake was phenomenal, sweet and the amaretto biscuits were heavenly. their cappuccinos were the best I had in years (and I drink a lot of coffee.) booking required to avoid disappointment Ver carta

Great place, lovely staff, loved how they served the house wine. Not too far from principality stadium. Food wise I had crab claws very nice, wife thought her garlic bread not very garlicky. As it was a house speciality I had Calzone, which was huge, I had mince meat and cheese I didn’t really get any great taste to be honest, however I usually have pasta so what do I know? My wife thought her pasta dish with mushrooms and ham,was okay, I really liked it.

the first time I'm here and not the last. a hidden gem of a family-oriented Italian restaurants in grangetown cardiff. eating was breathtaking. tried the tagitelle alfredo . a thing that I advise them is to try her garlic bread, best I ever tasted. the staff and the management are so helpful and friendly. deffinetly 10/10 of me. try it, they will not be disappointed 2. visit on 19/3/2022 was just as good. the service was top notch. eating was amazing. for meatballs with pasta in an Arrabiatta sauce. with garlic bread and flower cauliflower in teig . beautiful. if it is a small piece italien in cardiff, then this is the place

My family started going to Merolas when our children were young, along with my sister, brother-in-law, and their daughter. We moved away and hadn't been back in years. However, my husband decided to celebrate his 60th birthday at the restaurant with our family, which was a nostalgic trip for all of us. The evening was fantastic - everyone enjoyed their meals, the younger generation had a blast, and some first-time visitors said they would definitely come back. There were 18 of us in total, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
