Unfortunately no more beer is brewed here for a few years. that took over the forstenberg brewery. but in the local it is naturally gifted. ins restaurant riegeler stammhaus meyer, named after the brewery founder, we will return with pleasure. we like to eat the tasty, fried in the pan, panned carved with the crispy pommes and mixed salate. positiw, that one can choose between one and two carvings, which makes a price difference of 4 euro. Often you get two of them from the front, this is usually too much for me. in the cozy beer garden, served by two friendly and diligent, young men, we felt very comfortable, and for herr b. there was also a glass barber beer."

"the sun has been a fixed starting point for years at our stays in endingen. what we especially like is the loving preparation of the always fresh ingredients that are selected seasonal. the chef of cuisine is concerned to let both visually and tastefully identify what he has on the teller, here nothing is sweetly mixed together. as an appetizer, we had today a beard puff with a spasm filling, then a calfsrückensteak with pfifferlingen and late zle, the meat was butterfly, I have rarely eaten in this quality. everything in all offers the sun bathing traditional kitchen in best shape."

"Wir durften letztes Wochenende,einen unvergesslichen Abend, bei Merkles verbringen. Es begann mit einer sehr herzlichen, persönlichen Begrüßung durch den Chef selbst. Es folgte ein Menü mit tollen Köstlichkeiten, unteranderem begeisterte uns das Ragout von heimischen Pilzen mit einer Pastinaken Reduktion und das Mosaik von Lachs und Wolfsbarsch in einer Beure blanc , begleitet von einem Grauburgunder (GG)aus dem Hause Bercher und einem infiltrieren Chardonnay Prestige vom Weingut Höflin. Ebenso sollte das Dessert, mit der Variation von Rhabarber mit Petersilieneis, begleitet von einem sehr piffigen Gin-Coktail, Erwähnung finden. Wir wurden den ganzen Abend über bestens bedient. Zum Abschluss durften wir noch den Rest des Betriebes anschauen. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude und ist als Kontrast modern eingerichtet. Alle Speisen wurden auf ausgesucht schönem, sehr unterschiedlichem, hochwertigen Geschirr serviert. Es war alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend.
