fantastic Chinese takeaway great service really fast delivery great food and great prices thanks to phoenix house

We placed our order for Chinese takeout via WhatsApp before the restaurant opened at 5:00pm. The food arrived by 5:20pm and it was one of the best Chinese meals we have ever had.

delicious food. reasonable prices. can not comment on the delivery times coz I ordered during the week when it seems calmer and it was only 10 minutes waiting from the order to the collection. Ver carta

recommended by several friends. good food. fairer price. I have heard that it is ordered so much in advance, but still had to wait 10 minutes to collect when I'm there, but that's worth waiting.

Wife ordered Sweet sour Chicken Cantonese style I had THE best salt pepper spare ribs, son chips prawn crackers ? We're all full can't recommend the speed, quality of food friendliness of staff. Top notch

you have to say well done at this place to keep open and to do deliveries during the snowy conditions. two times from here in the last week coz anywhere else was closed or not supplying. eating was as tasty as ever, the delivery was a little slower than usual, but that was expected because the roads were like ice rinks. loves the chili cow! First time using Phoenix house Chinese and was very impressed with the food and service. We ordered just over £40 of food for two adults and two children plenty to go around and plenty for seconds aswell. Good value for money considering how much we ordered!! Would have given five stars but the bag the food come in was very wet with sauce from our order.

Was really craving some authentic Chinese food so decided to visit Phoenix house, I’m so pleased that I did! The portions are a good size, are freshly made and the prices are affordable. The staff were really friendly and helpful in giving recommendations on what to get. I had the king prawn fried rice and chicken chow Mein. Was really pleased with the flavour and authenticity. Will definitely be returning to try the other dishes on the menu.

I ordered by telephone, part of the order was 10 sweet and sour chicken balls. Once delivered, which was fairly quickly, i emptied the containers and found that there were only 9 chicken balls. I had this problem with a previous order too, so I phoned to let Phoenix house know. I explained the situation and heard some animated discussion in the background, after which the call was dropped. So I phoned back explained the story all again and suggested they look at their quality control before dispatching, no apology but a thank you for letting them know. I know this is not 5 star dining but you would expect to receive what you paid for. This episode has left a bad customer experience for me an... Ver carta
