"Went for lunch over Easter so it was always going to be busy!!! We were told there was a 45 minute wait for food at the outset which was good to know. Food was really good- pork belly flatbread, chicken wrap, scampi and rarebit, drinks and decent sized puddings worked out around £23 pp plus a good tip for good service. Great spot."

We ordered the Full English and poached eggs with bacon muffin and hollandaise at this restaurant. Both dishes were of excellent quality, and the tea and coffee were also first class. We highly recommend this place. The staff were all great too. Ver carta

The issue I have with this place is some of the staff. One lady with long black hair was very rude and unwelcoming. I've visited on a few occasions and also witnessed staff belitting others in front of customers. Very unprofessional. No complaints about the food but I'd be hesitant to revist.

Having had several daytime visits to Rapps, when visiting Saltburn, I've always been very happy with every aspect. Last night was a friend's birthday dinner ... what a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, relaxed and efficient. 11 meals came out at the same time and were all delicious.
