Nice but, bed and pillows WAY too soft. NO air conditioning, on 90 degree days, ugh. Room layout is a maze, many stairs and turns. On the plus side, the Dunkel was tasty!

Her i udkanten af byen kan du nyde din mad i dejlig ro. Køkkenet er altid åben, og der er god service også hen på eftermiddagen, hvor vi var blevet sultne. Asparges, kartofler og dejlig sovs. Super tilberedt.

Nothing really special about our stay. We had to walk through the restaurant to get to our room. The room was clean. It was close to everything and less expensive than other places in town. The restaurant had a great waiter. The food was ok.

I went in not knowing what to expect but had an enjoyable experience. I started with the goulash which was a little salty and didn't have much meat but was still tasty. Then I had the baked Camembert that came with a berry relish that was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ich hatte erst mal eine Bratwurst (hausgemacht) mit Kraut und anschließend ein Steak. Der Hauswein Rivaner dito aus der Region spitze. Der Service richtig alte Schule und doch freundschaftlich. Ich bin einfach begeistert und dann noch einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür im Zentrum. Besser geht nicht:-)

Modern large clean room inside the old city walls. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel as well as just outside the wall through an entrance to parking lot 5 (5.50 euro vs 11 euro inside the wall). Full breakfast (included) and dinner were tasty. Very convenient to walk to the main town square. I highly recommend the Night Watchman tour in the evening.

Hotel staff is extremely rude. My window was broken when I got here and so were our bathroom lights. When I told management I was screamed at until the owner came and tried it himself and realized. He still yells at all of us for nothing and this place has no air conditioning at all. Meals were great and location was good but I do not recommend this place. My friends room has bed bugs.

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen und waren positiv überrascht, da leider das Ambiente sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist also in der Hinsicht leider nichts fürs Auge, daher der Punktabzug. Jedoch das Essen war super, Preis/- Leistung in voll in Ordnung. Schnitzel sowie Sauerbraten waren sehr sehr lecker, der Beilagensalat hatte einfach ein super leckeres Dressing, also wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind in die Schranne gegangen, weil sie direkt an unserem Parkplatz lag und unser Lokal Ruhetag hatte. Der erste Eindruck war nicht so ergreifend , da alles etwas muffig roch. Wir wollten eigentlich wieder aufstehen und gehen, wurden aber sehr freundlich begrüßt. Kurzum das Essen war sehr gut und frisch. Ich hatte Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat, mein Mann, Cordon bleu mit Kartoffelsalat. War alles super lecker.Der Salat war super gut angemacht und alles frisch. Der Baccus ist sehr zu empfehlen.Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen kam relativ schnell.Beim nächsten Besuch in Rothenburg werden wir da wieder vorbeischauen.
