"The restaurant needs significant improvements. The roast dinners were warm, not hot, the roast potatoes were appalling, and the food lacked proper presentation. Meals were served in a strange order, with main courses coming before starters. One starter was offered an alternative sauce, but it arrived with no sauce at all. The customer service was poor, with two main meals never arriving despite others who arrived after us receiving their meals. When we finally asked for a refund for the missing meals, it took a long time for someone to figure out how to process it, and there was no apology or friendliness, just a cold attitude."

Had the festive meal it was ok nothink special but exceptable. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and the logfire was a nice touch for Christmas. Social distancing was in place and we felt comfortable and safe

Josie, our server at this restaurant, was absolutely delightful during our great lunch. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it - three sumptuous courses in all. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Mike and Dee.

The meal was lovely. I had booked deliberately as I had previously enjoyed the lamb main but that was not on the festive menu. The meal was good and the service excellent thank you Jamie. Overall would certainly recommend. The COVID safety measures were implemented well.

all good. nice atmosphere and nod our waiter was friendly and very helpful and could help with asking that we had. the menu had a nice selection of netzen and it is a good idea to have a coffee and small sweet combined. never had a bad meal in dragonfly and would highly recommend the restaurant

we have booked online and requested a table with the toilets as one of our party is older. do not worry about asking! the grim waiter didn't like us to sit when he showed us on the table as far away from the toilets as they can. he told us online bookings are automatically assigned to tabs. in the ground when they ask a question, no one actually sees it! the service was also very slow. not impressed

using the libelle for a stay with the drachenflies was always really satisfied with the quality of the food and the restaurant as a whole. yesterday the meal was very despicable. I had Tbe-Gammon, who was annoyed with a fried egg to have left the egg. the grinding time arrived with about 12 very fat chips and a gammonsteak. there was no salate or veg added look very bad on a large plate. most chips were wasted. since we use this restaurant all couple weeks, we may need to think again with this restaurant if the food quality continues to worsen.
