I came in for Sunday lunch and was blown away by how fantastic it was. The roast was truly the best around, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back soon. The portions were huge and everything was freshly cooked.

The food was great and the staff amazing, this became one of our locals to stop off after a hot day. It was that great one young lady behind the bar knew our tipple. They are all so lovely polite and nothing is too much trouble to accommodate. 5 stars all the way lovely pub to visit if you are ever in Cheddar. Tracy and Paul. Southampton

Beautiful pub with friendly staff, lovely larger beer garden, one of the very few places in cheddar you can get a pint of fosters (not everyone’s taste but I like it) I had a burger and partner had a ploughman’s, quick service and great value for money, the cheese alone looked a whole meal it was like a door wedge. If you want food go here.

Great looking and nice garden. My friends had the ploughman's lunch which was fantastic. I just made a bad choice and had the White Hart burger, would have been fantastic but the chicken and hash browns had been too overcooked in the fat frier, and not eatable. I would have complained but our friends recommended the pub and they were with us and did not want to make a fuss. Ver carta

Had pie &mash….mash over microwaved…so dry and had clumps of mash….asked for butter to make soft and not dry. Chicken filling was over microwaved so that chunks of chicken was burnt. Partner had burger. This was homemade and delicious though is real ale was flat and had scum sitting on top. No soft Drinks in fridge so had to have ice The place needs a good clean and the snug didn’t look snug

My entire family enjoyed a Sunday roast at The White Hart today. There were 5 of us, with 3 ordering the roast beef and pork with Yorkshire puddings and pigs in blankets, and the other 2 ordering the vegetable wellington with the same accompaniments. The meal also included cabbage, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, roast parsnips, apple sauce, stuffing, and gravy. We were even offered extra gravy if we wanted. Stephen, who worked behind the bar, was cheerful and friendly, and the waiting staff were all lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend The White Hart for a delicious and affordable Sunday lunch. We will definitely be coming back!

I just want to express my immense gratitude to the staff at Tracey's restaurant for returning a bag of souvenirs that I had accidentally left behind. My family and I had a lovely day sightseeing the caves and ending it with a meal at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed our meal in the spacious garden, where there was a small play area for the kids. Although we only had a light meal, it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. When we arrived home after a 2-hour journey, we realized we had forgotten the bag. I contacted the restaurant, and Tracey informed me that it had been found and handed in. She promptly mailed it to our address. I am so thankful for their... Ver carta
