"What a gem of a find and please don't be put off by its external appearance. We were looking for somewhere to eat before checking in for our flight home. We found this place on Google and we weren't dissapointed. Staff were really friendly and seated us outside, as I had left our green pass info back in our car. We were the first to arrive for lunch but within 15 minutes all the outside tables had been taken. I had a meat platter to start which was amazing and my partner had the vegetarian selection. For my main I had the wild boar and my partner had the ravioli. Both meals were absolutely amazing, the taste and qaulity was fantastic. We also had the house wine which again was really good. Staff were really friendly and added to the meal experience. A real gem of a place!"

"I have been in this restaurant several times and I have to say that you really eat well. I have always eaten meat, or anyhow land dishes and admit that the raw material is exceptional. They have so many sweets and it would be easier to read them on a menu, because it is not easy to remember them or to choose according to what remains most impressed. Another thing I would add is a wine card, or if they are often changed, labels with prices displayed in the cellar. it is not nice to have to ask the price of each bottle at the waitress I agree with some reviews for ways to do. definitely a little impulsive and instinctive. I honestly admit that the last time they annoyed me too. I hope it can be a useful and constructive review, because I think that tripadvisor will also serve this. See you soon!"

"I have asked for an ANTIPASTO to share while waiting for the main course. The waitress asked me whether it was to be shared between the 5 of us and I said yes. They brought us some food ...probably 3 serving ... they made us pay 75EURO for antipasti: RIDICULOUS. And this has only been the top of the iceberg. Even if I booked in advance, when we arrived, they put at a table that had a wobbly leg and it took them more than 10 minutes to somehow give it a bit of stability and then they set up the table. The waitresses were very unprofessional and kept fighting between them without caring for their guest.... TERRIBLE... never back"

"consigliatissimo! un localino semplice in cui sentirsi a casa, mangiando benissimo. Menù di terra e di mare che cambia quotidianamente in base all disponibilità giornaliere. il pesce e la carne sono freschissimi cucinati in modo magistrale, i secondi sono fatti quasi tutti sulla clip. ricorderò per sempre i tenerissimi e tenacoli di polpo alla brace, accompagnati da un delizioso purè. molto buona la carne alla versenke e deliziosi e abbondanti i primi. servizio caloroso, prezzi molto contenuti vista la qualità e l’accoglienza. io e il mio compagno in trasferta a pisa abbiamo trowato questo posto per caso e, attratti dal profumo di brace abbiamo prenotato su thefork senza molto preavviso. il personale ci ha accolto a braccia aperte sistemandoci nella verandina esterna e abbiamo cenato tra i sorrisi e la compagnia delle mascotte del locale: due gatti dolcissimi. abbiamo mangiato così bene, da decide di ritornare per la nostra ultima sera a pisa."
