"Me and my partner visited Wagamama on a quiet Monday evening, expecting a smooth dining experience. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were ignored by the staff for a full 30 minutes—no one came to take our order. We tried to get someone’s attention, but it felt like we were invisible. After half an hour of waiting without any service, we finally gave up and left, having wasted our time and appetite. It’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for"

Had a lovely time today. Tried out some stuff from the new menu and was fantastic. Highly recommend the shiitake otsummai and the saku saku soba. Exquisite! This was made all the better by my server Zoltan. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Great person to encounter! Will definitely go back :
